What's the best time of day? Mid-morning and late afternoon give the best light. For waterfront homes we can plan around sunset.

Do I need to be there? No, as long as we can reach the property and the yard is ready.

Can you combine aerial and ground photos? Yes. We shoot ground-level photos too, so you get aerials and ground shots from one booking in one consistent style.

What if the weather is bad? We reschedule at no charge whenever wind or rain makes a safe flight impossible.
